Hello! My name is Tim Ittenbach, a real estate agent with United Real Estate.

I've been a Real Estate professional for more 12 years. I began my career as a investor, the founder of Ittenbach Capital, an Indiana based investing company buying, fixing up and selling houses across Indiana and Ohio. 

I've worked with hundreds of Hoosiers across many transactions. I've mastered the fine art of negotiation, honed my listening skills and problem solving abilities. I've successfully negotiated real estate deals for myself and my clients and would like the opportunity to work with you. 

I bring something unique to the table, years and years of negotiating some of the toughest real estate deals. That coupled with my knowledge of residential construction derived from hundreds of residential property flips and creative problem is the winning combination that I and my clients have benefitted from for years.

A little more about me:

I graduated from Cathedral High School and whent on to graduate from Miami University (Ohio). I received my Masters Degree (MBA) from Ball State University. As a private pilot, I have a fondness for all things aviation. Construction and home improvement run in my veins. I have a love for the outdoors, hiking and camping, although my wife would say that I enjoy buying camping equipment and gadgets more than I do using them. I have two beautiful daughters and a wife I've always dreamed for.
